IP Deny Manager backup

    Please, how can I do a IP Deny Manager backup?

    cPanel Access Level:
    DataCenter Provider
    cPanel puts these blocks in your site's main .htaccess file (/home/user/public_html/.htaccess). Backing up this file will save those settings, and it is also in any backup generated by cPanel (including nightly cpbackup runs).

    If I migrate to a new web host, if I move my old .htaccess, my new Ip Deny is it restored?
