I want to delete an IP from a box that is no longer being used (to move it to another). I've done this several times, no problem. However, I have one that in the "show or delete" page does not have a remove button, despite that
    - it is not currently a ns server address
    - it is not reserved
    - it is not dedicated
    - no other usage shows in the "show IP address usage" page.

Clearly some part of the system thinks it is in use for something, but what? (Yes it is listed in etc/ips).

Well. That appears to have done the trick. I had to reserve it then unreserve it, but it now shows as deletable, so all should be well. Thanks.

    Hello,

In the future, if none of those options does work, you can always do a search for the IP in /etc and remove it where it is found:

    Code:
    grep IP# /etc/*
Please replace IP# with the IP address. For whoever reads this, if you want to confirm you can remove it from any file(s) you find it in, please feel free to post it here.

    Thanks!
