Ip functions not showing in whm normal or not?

    The option is called Change Site's IP Address in the Account Functions sectio of the left menu.
    Or:
    On the list accounts page if you place your mouse over the IP for that account an option should show up to edit.

    It does not showing up.
    What is wrong should i contact my hosting provider?
    Can someone please post picture on how it should look like.

    Sounds like you've got a reseller account with limits. Your host can help with this.

    I believe this is correct; unless the login username being used for WHM is "root" (i.e., the system administrator) it sounds like the issue is that of a reseller account in WHM that has certain access restrictions as defined in the WHM Reseller Center.
