IP gone after restart, back again after restore!

Hi All.

I have installed webuzo on CentOS system.
When i restart the server via putty i cannot connect to webuzo, the ip is simply gone.
All the domains I have on the sever is still there and I can SSH, and view everything via SFTP software.

If I restore my snapshot everything is back online and I can access webuzo again via my server IP and domain.

Do anyone have an idea what this is about?

what does this have to do with cPanel?

Was trying to find the right spot, but do see I am in the wrong place.

It sounds like the issue is directly isolated to your third-party application if SSH/WHM are responding well over the same IP address. You may want to consult with their support team to see if there are any settings you can modify to resolve this issue.
