IP Listed on SpamHaus

Hello friends!
I am with IP listed in SpamHaus, I did the verification and I get this information from Malware.

If I use MALDET will you help me with this? Has anyone ever had this same problem? Could you help me solve it? PS: I have a cloud, so I do not have access to the server firewall.

Looking at the full message on SpamHaus for your IP (Image now removed) they explain quite a bit to you there, to help.
