ich würde gerne ip logging deaktivieren aber nicht für alle cPanel Benutzer.
Gibt es da im WHM eine möglichkeit zu?

Edit the feature list for the package associated with the account, and ensure the statistics and "Latest Visitors" features are disabled.

Falls das IP-Logging aufgrund von rechtlichen Bestimmungen in Deutschland ausgestellt werden soll, so sei darauf hingewiesen, dass hier lediglich der Zugriff für den Accountbenutzer ausgeblendet wird.
Das Logging selbst findet weiterhin statt.

Tools zum Entfernen der IPs gibt es viele, aber nicht immer leicht zu integrieren.
