IP & Nameserver issue

    Hi all firstly i have tried everything search this forum for hours and i don't think i'm being stupid. Sorry if i am repeating what loads of other people have on this forum.

    First problem - name servers and IPs
    I have my server IP and 3 DNS IP's

    I can't seem to change the IP's on my name servers. At the moment ns1.mydomain.com is set to the servers IP address (but i'm right in thinking this don't matter)
    and ns2.mydomain.com is set to the second DNS IP i have.

    Why does it do this, i try to edit the ns1.mydomain.com and change it to the first DNS IP i have but it comes up with the classic error this server has no free IP's.

    Now should i just leave it? Or can i reset it and add my IP's again to my name servers?

    Right the second problem

    When i go to my host name host.mydoamin.com:2087 it just goes to a blank page, now every host i've always known, its possible to access whm from there? am i right in thinking that? also when i go to my http://MYIP/~CPANEUSERNAME it goes to a blank webpage? how can i change this?

    Thanks for your help i hope i'm not being dumb
