Ip problems

Hello i am having Ip problems my server says I only have 1 free ip but i go in the show used ips it shows me 2 ips and one of the ips is listed under the http usage on 1 of the other Ips i'll post a Screenshot to show what's happening.

can anyone help me fix this?

WHM >> IP Functions >> Rebuild the IP Address Pool

Have you tried checking the above function in WHM

yes it states
System has 1 free ips.

and i know for a fact that it should be 2.

nerver mind i fixed it there was a virtualhost entry in the httpd.conf file for the ip i removed the entry restart apache and boom it was fixed no problems.
