Hey everyone This is my first post on this forum but ive been a long time lurker haha. anyway I have been reading these forums and searching online and reading all I can but I think i get this but I don't think i do all the way.
Lets say my server keeps getting hit with IP's
    218.25.208.76
    218.25.208.84
    218.25.208.91
    218.25.208.92
    218.25.208.94
If I then add 218.25.208.0/24 to my firewall would that block the
    entire 218.25.208.0 - 218.25.208.255 ?
