    The following error appears in cpanel's error log when one particular account is logged into, the main page loads, with three [an error occured while processing this directive]s near the top, but nothing works properly.
    As far as I am aware no other account is experiencing this problem:
    Code:
    (internal warning) Mon Aug 8 21:43:41 2005 [12964] warn: No IP address found, returning 0.0.0.0 at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp.pm line 164.
            Cpanel::DIp::getmainserverip() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp.pm line 111
            Cpanel::DIp::getmainip() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp.pm line 40
            Cpanel::DIp::isdedicatedip(main.server.ip.washere) called at cpanel.pl line 2953
            main::expvar('$hasdedicatedip') called at cpanel.pl line 724
            main::execiftag('<cpanelif $hasdedicatedip>') called at cpanel.pl line 3488
            main::dotag(undef) called at cpanel.pl line 3386
            main::parsehtml('GLOB(0x8cf5980)') called at cpanel.pl line 287
    In the change ip function in whm, the account is listed with the correct address (main shared, it's not a dedicated ip account). Changing it to a different ip and back had no effect.

    Running 10.4.0-EDGE 254

    Go on, have a guess
    Is their IP address listed correctly in /var/cpanel/users/account and in /etc/ips?

    /etc/ips doesn't actually list the main server ip, just the 4 others pointing to the server, but the errors have now stopped with no intervention.
