How would I go about IPBanning someone from my whole server through WHM?

    Download and install ConfigServer Firewall

Allows you allow/disallow people by IP. Also automatically blocks people (up to a time you want or permanently) who fail to log in correctly or who get caught in mod_security too often.

Has options within WHM to do the above (block etc.)
