Hello. I am getting emails about our hostname ([ipcheck] Problem with DNS setup on XYZ.com) so I will try to change the hostname's IP address to the other IP we have, hoping that will solve it. Under "Add an A Entry for your Hostname" if I submit the new IP, nothing changes. Is there a way to expressly change the previous IP for a new one?

    Thanks so much!

    Hello :)

Changing the IP address of the hostname to a new IP address is not likely to resolve the issue. Instead, you should ensure the hostname of your server resolves to the server's primary IP address. If the DNS for your domain name is handled on a remote server, make sure you add the "A" record for the hostname at the remote DNS provider.

    Thank you.
