My server admin quit on me a few months ago. I've been administering all the duties since then. My sites are working fine but I'm keep getting this email every 2 days. It states to add an a entry under dns function. I do that but still get the email. I don't know what it means or what I should do to get this situation in order. Can someone explain what this email means?:

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname ( resolves to . It
should resolve to Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as
well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if
    believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager
