    Hey, Im having problems with IPTables. It seems to like blocking DNS.

    How can i stop this thing from blocking DNS? I have it stopped right now, and i have a cron running hourly to keep it stopped until i have fixed it.

    Like can somebody provide me with a command i can _almost_ copy and paste into Shell, as i have a lot of homework and other damned school stuff to do :( so i havent got the time to read some massive newbie tutorial, unfortunatly.

    Thanks all in advance!

    Same Problem

    I have one with this problem also. I have updated cpanel even going to the point of allowing it to load a release version. :-}

    If I stop iptables ... stop bind ... start iptables ... start bind all is well for a few hours then it stops resolving the domain on the box.

    I sure could use some feedback to get this fixed.

    Thanks in advance for your time.

    UDP traffic trough port 53 should be enabled.
