    Hello everyone

I have found out with a netstat -an | grep 6667 command that in the php extensions of my server I have IRC gateways (IRCG) which I have not chosen to install.

Someone seems to be using these connections on my server.

How can I deactivate them if Cpanel doesn't allow me to edit the flags to compile php?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

    Thanks.

    Go on, have a guess
It's most likely that you have hackers exploiting vulnerable php scripts (current favourites are phpBB and phpNuke which have to be running the very latest releases). You need to track down where the installed IRC bots are installed, how they were installed and plug the hole. If you don't know how, hire a server admin to help you.
