I've got CPanel/WHM installed on a RH Linux 7.2 server and I get an e-mail everyday with subject:

[kernelcheck] server.hostname.com has an old kernel. (2.4.9-31)

The kernel is the latest one by RH... any suggestions anyone?

You should install last kernel version, or have someone install it.

To avoid Kernelcheck running everytime, create a new blank file in /etc and name it nokerncheck.

    touch /etc/nokerncheck
