Is cPanel compatible with RHEL 5? SoftLayer doesn't allow ordering servers with both RHEL5 and cPanel. Thanks,

RHEL v5 is not supported yet by the cPanel/WHM. Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® 2.1, 3, 4 are supported.

Thanks, any estimated time for RHEL5 to be supported? Usually how long does it takes?

Any news on this? I just did an install and it looks like almost everything works, even though it compiles everything from source since the CentOS 5 RPM's haven't been uploaded to the cPanel servers yet.

Having issues with BIND -- they moved named.conf to named.caching-nameserver.conf -- it's a new version of BIND.

Any update on cPanel and RHEL 5 yet?

Is cPanel compatible with RHEL 5 yet? I would like to update the OS on my server and use RHEL 5's virtual server features.

cPanel 11 supports RHEL 5, cPanel 10 does not.
