    Hi;

    We have configured ClamAv scanner (global setting) via WHM to scan:
    Entire home directory
    Mail
    Public FTP space
    Public web space

    My questions:
    With these settings configured is it neccessay to cron a scan of /home or / ? Or can I rest assure that what we have is sufficient?
    Where do I configure ClamAv to E-mail the administrator if it finds any suspected files?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    About your first question, I suggest adjusting the ClamAV to work on daily basis.

    IMO, Linux Malware Detect is better and less resource consuming than ClamAV.

    About your second question, AFAIK from /etc/clamd.conf.
