Is it possible to auto install PHP apps on account creation?

Greetings,

I'm rather new to WHM, and I've looked around to see if I could find some documentation about something like this, but I couldn't find anything. Is there any way to set WHM so that if I create an account in WHM with a certain package, would WHM be able to create a MySQL database on the newly created account, assign the appropriate permissions to a newly created user, and execute a PHP script that would populate the database and setup a configuration file? I can write said PHP script, but I'm not sure how to integrate something like that into WHM.
