Is it possible to create a cPanel account just to manage emails?

I have the following need:

I need to have a cPanel to manage emails from a domain, but the DNS Zone type A needs to be pointed to another cPanel account on the same server.

Thus, the site would be accessed by a cPanel account and e-mails managed in another. All of this for the same domain. Is it possible to do that?

If something needs to be changed in WHM, I am the root user.

Hello,

You can change the MX record for the domain to wherever you would like mail to go. So if mail.otherdomain.tld is on the same server but a different account and that's where you would like mail to go you would just set the MX record for the domain to point to that location. The only issue would be if the domain received mail under the same domain name. That would not work. For that you may want to look at domain forwarding: Forwarders | cPanel & WHM Documentation
