Login as root and run:
touch /etc/no_rbl_domains
Then login to WHM as root, In Exim Configuration switch to advance mode,

In first edit box:
domainlist no_rbl_domains = lsearch;/etc/no_rbl_domains
In third box from top you should have something like this:
deny message = Sender's domain is listed at $dnslist_domain
domains = +local_domains
!authenticated = *
dnslists = bl.spamcop.net
dnslists could be more than one to check with other RBLs. Change it to:
deny message = Sender's domain is listed at $dnslist_domain
domains = +local_domains
domains = !+no_rbl_domains
!authenticated = *
dnslists = bl.spamcop.net
Then save.

Now any domain which needs to be excluded from being checked can be listed in /etc/no_rbl_domains, enter one domain per line, a sample no_rbl_domains file could be:

mydomain1.com
mydomain2.com

Note that you don't need to restart the exim every time a domain has added or removed from list.

Good Luck
