    Login as root and run:
Then login to WHM as root, In Exim Configuration switch to advance mode,

    In first edit box:
In third box from top you should have something like this:
dnslists could be more than one to check with other RBLs. Change it to:
    Then save.

Now any domain which needs to be excluded from being checked can be listed in /etc/no_rbl_domains, enter one domain per line, a sample no_rbl_domains file could be:

    mydomain1.com
    mydomain2.com

Note that you don't need to restart the exim every time a domain has added or removed from list.

    Good Luck

Just to verify, does this apply to recipient domains or sender domains? (or both?)
