Is it possible to give a Reseller account access to Cphulk, CFS or similar?

I currently have a VPS which I have split into two accounts, my own being the sys admin and a reseller account for a customer who creates web sites and needs a little more control than a standard shared hosting account provides.

My question is can I give a reseller account their own version of CFS or Cphulk? Only they want to be able to whitelist/blacklist ip addresses themselves without having to contact me each time. I have a feeling it is not possible but though I would ask anyway. If it is not possible is there anything else I can give them that might achieve the same result?

Thanks.

Thanks but that doesn't answer the question as far as I can tell. Where does it say I can or cannot integrate CSF into a reseller account? As far as I know it can't be done which is why I posted the question here, for confirmation?

Hello :)

After installing CSF, you can browse to the following option in Web Host Manager:

"WHM Home » Plugins » ConfigServer Security & Firewall"

From there, click on the "Edit Reseller Privs" option to enable CSF access to a specific reseller. You can review the full configuration file to understand the considerations of enabling this ability for a reseller. After granting access to a reseller, you can browse to:

"WHM Home » Resellers » Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges"

You can select a reseller, and enable the following option under "Additional Software":

"ConfigServer Security & Firewall (Reseller UI)"

Thank you.

Hi,

I have the same problem but I want to give only CPHulk permission, not CSF, as most IP ban occurs in CPHulk.

I've searched in WHM on how to add a specific permission to a reseller to give him CPHulk access, but I couldn't find.

Any idea on how I could achieve this?

cPHulk brute force protection is not available to resellers. You are welcome to open a feature request if you would like to see it available to resellers in the future:
