By default there is no such option, however, you can build your custom code using cPanel API 2 Functions - Fileman::uploadfiles
FileManager option in cPanel interface is generally used for files/folder upload

Another solid post from @kodeslogic - you'd really need to design something custom if you wanted to upload directly from a website page without using an FTP client or the File Manager tool in cPanel.
