    Hi guys,

I'm wondering if it's safe to delete the following folders:

    /home/.cpan
    /home/.cpanm
    /home/.cpcpan

Not really sure what they're doing or if I need them or not. Can I safely delete them?

    Hello :)

These directories include Perl module sources and information for connection mirrors. While you could remove the directories, they would regenerate. Is there a specific reason you require their removal?

    Thank you.

I don't need/require removal of these folders. I just wanted to know if they were necessary (and now I know they are) or not, as I tend to be a clean freak about what's on my hard drive - I don't like extra files I don't absolutely need!

Yes, you can leave those directories in-place as it's normal to see them there and they are used by cPanel/WHM.

    Thank you.
