We've come into one small issue, that was with anyone being able to reset password with three wrong attempts.
While turning that feature off in the tweak settings area:
Allow cPanel users to reset their password via email

I found this one and enabled it:
When users access /cpanel or /whm or /webmail on their domain redirect them to the https(ssl) port instead of the insecure one

Now each account that attempts to login to thier cPanel at http/12.345.67.899:2082 are forwarded to https/12.345.67.899:2083 which does not work. I've had 4 emails today asking how to get in.

    This works:
    https/accountnamehere.com:2083

I am in the process of "trying" to upgrade cpanel, but it appears to be stuck on Scanning suexec_log...Done

A whole list of processes has come up, and it went through all of them fine but now it seems to be stuck on this process and it has been for 10 minutes and I'm not sure if it's done or what. I can still see in the status bar it is still loading that page so it is obviously doing something.

I am new to cpanel, so I am unsure of the regular process when upgrading so I dont know if this very long delay is normal. Will it tell me the upgrade is complete if I just leave it? Or has it actually jammed and stuffed up the upgrade? Quite confused here, so if anyone could provide some feedback on this it would be much appreciated.
