As Subject is it possible to change cPanel/WHM Linux' default email to SmarterMail in other Windows Server?

SmarterMail is a Windows product rather than a Linux/FreeBSD product. You cannot use a Windows product on a non-Windows machine. You could always route exim using a smart host router to go to a Windows machine that uses SmarterMail rather than using the MTA on the Linux/FreeBSD machine itself for direct delivery / webmail.
