Is the Exim configuration being ignored?

    Hello:
    I disabled callbacks and sender verification on our server a week or so ago. Now an entirely different client says incoming emails are being bounced. She forwarded this to me.

    smtp;550-Callback setup failed while verifying
    <Richaxxxx@Honeywell.com>>

    (Our server is not the honeywell server, it is named um-495.bright-byte.com)

    If our server is not doing callbacks, why would this be happening?

    Is there a configuration file on the server that I need to check that may override the Exim configuration in WHM?
