Is there a control panel we don't support that you would like to see supported?

In the future we hope for the migration process to be catered to more control panels. We would like to get your input and ideas in regards to control panels you want to migrate from to cPanel. :)

We don't guarantee future support, and support largely depends on popularity and demand.

What about Ensim 4-X. There is still a legacy market out there for that set.

What is the status of Plesk migrations?

The biggest hurdle to changing panels is the migration process, so the more tools you deliver to lower this hurdle the more attractive cPanel becomes.

In some cases, we've gone with Plesk solely due to migration support. The client did not care about the panel and just needed to move and move quickly.

We actually do support all versions of EnXim, and have been perfecting the scripts in place for migrating from the EnXim environment. I have been personally pushing for seamless migrations from the currently supported control panels (pl*sk, enXim, and DA)

Pl*sk migrations have been coming over great lately, and we have no outstanding bugs in relation to the transfer scripts for this control panel. There is very little we don't carry over, and even then we are more than happy to assist in getting over whatever has been missed.

Are you aware of our migration service? We actually do the entire migration for you up until the DNS changes.

I'm really surprised you don't support this already. Especially considering it has a greater market share than some of the ones you do support.

how about kloxo to cpanel migration script, i see many clients wants to move from kloxo to cpanel :)
There has been some demand for this control panel, and we will take this into consideration. We are currently trying to perfect our current scripts before taking in other control panels.

Thanks for your suggestion though! :)

The control panels we support are based on demand, we have had little demand for H-Sphere in the last 1-2 years so it has not been considered as much.

A big issue with support h-sphere is that they are a multi-server solution so accounts and other services can be spanned between multiple servers and we do not have a convention for supporting migrations from that type of environment.

We created this section of the forum to see the demand for other control panels as well as open discussion about the current supported ones. :)
