I am trying to copy this:
    /home/aaaaaaa/public_html/.htaccess

    To this:
    /home/*/public_html/

    and I get this:
    "cp: omitting directory '/home/xxxxxxx/public_html"

How do I copy 1 file to every /home/*/public_html/ directory without doing it manually?

You can copy file(.htacces) with the command :
    cd /home/<username A>/public_html/
    cp -r .htaccess(file name) /home/<username B>/public_html/

    Thanks.
