I think, in WHM, if you go to Service Manager, you will find a checkbox that allows you to add a second instance of EXIM and also choose the port on which it will run.

Lyttek...thanks for the link and i should've seen this post before i posted my first post but dude, what's the point of this link really. gotta browse everywhere in there JUST to find a port number. 25 don't work with certain ip's anymore. it's just a simple number.

For this there is a ready option in WHM.
Login to WHM >> Service manager

There you can open 26 port number to send mails from the server which your clients can use if the 25 port is blocked by their ISP.
