The WHM backup configuration allows you to select which account(s) to back up.

I have 2000 accounts on my server and only want to backup 1 of them, Is there a way to do that without unchecking the other 1999 account?

For a one time backup, what about using cpanel to run it?

For the daily backup, either uncheck everything, or copy the source code, change the post URL to the full URL, then use a text editor with find/replace to remove all the "checked" values.

I've done that before for other things.
