Besides the main FTP user account for the domain is this possible to do below?

Create a new user account that has access to the /home/user/public_html/ directory but have restrictions on which directories for that user can access using FTP client

    Example

    /home/user/public_html/ - Full Access
    /home/user/public_html/cgi-bin/ - No Access
    /home/user/public_html/images/ - Full Access
    /home/user/public_html/config/ - No Access
    /home/user/public_html/files/ - Full Access
    /home/user/public_html/inc/ - No Access

Is this able to be done with PureFTP?

If yes, How to do this?
