I saw the guide's but they all had me confused. I most probably need a dummies guide for this.

This is my cpanel's current configuration:

My domain is from another registry but it is already pointing in the cpanel.

    Architecture:x86_64
    Operating system:linux
Dedicated IP Address: (my ip is confidential, but i only have 1 dedicated ip address)
    Path to sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
    Path to Perl /usr/bin/perl
    Perl version 5.8.8
    Kernel version 3.12.35.1418868451
    cPanel Pro:1.0 (RC1)

+For my 1 dedicated ip address how do i create 2 nameservers? Need examples please
+How do i set dns zone editor for it? or do i use WHM instead?
+Will this change my mx records, because i already had the emails working and most probably leave it as it is.

    Hello :)

    The following thread should help:

[Tutorial] Nameserver configuration on cPanel servers

Note that when you host the DNS on your server, you must ensure the MX records are configured properly in the DNS zones in WHM if you use non-standard entries.

    Thank you.

I'd create the user account and domain first.

Creating the name server entries is at the bottom on basic config.
Edit the name server field, click assign an IP address and click add A entries.
This should then add ns.whatever.com to the dns table for the domain.

I'm not sure about adding 2 name servers to the same IP though.

I have shared an ip with two TLD's for instance ns1.domain.com and ns1.domain.org, but then you'd need two domain names to do this.
Whether or not you can share the same ip with the same TLD, ns1.mydomain.com - 123.456.789.001 & ns2.mydomain.com 123.456.789.001 i guess you'd have to try.

It's acceptable to use the same IP address for multiple name servers, even if it's the same TLD.

    Thank you.
