    Hi,

I'm currently investigating a "missing" mail message.
I know that there's log for mail deletion through POP3 at /var/log/maillog as following examle:

    Code:
    Mar 28 08:24:50 myserver dovecot: pop3-login: Login: user=<info@domain.com>, method=PLAIN, rip=125.165.xx.xxx, lip=68.233.xxx.xxx
    Mar 28 08:24:50 myserver dovecot: POP3(info@domain.com): Disconnected: Logged out top=0/0, [b]retr=0/0, del=0/0[/b], size=0, bytes=12/43

But I wonder if there's any log for mail/message deletion through IMAP (or webmail).

Does anyone got any clue for this? Thanks.

IMAP logs to /var/log/messages as well. If the information isn't there for IMAP, then there's no other location to retrieve it. Webmail doesn't have its own logs. It logs to /var/log/messages for the IMAP service (dovecot).
