In my WHM panel accidentally a account has been deleted, but my server has not set any backup enabled mode before even WHM panel also not allow backup.
Have any option to recover only database? I am using MariaDB InnoDB Engine.

Is cpanel have any other option to recover databases?

If you have not created a backup I'm 99% sure the answer is there is no way to get it back. When you terminate the account all the files are removed and the databases are dropped. At that point, they are gone. A data recovery company may be able to 'undelete' the files, but that typically involves shipping them the drives.

Without a backup of the database, I don't know how you'd expect to restore the database, unfortunately. As your profile indicates you're a website owner, If you're on a shared hosting account you might ask your hosting provider as they will sometimes backup their shared hosting servers, unfortunately, if they're unable to assist you, there wouldn't be a way to obtain that data.
