I would like to be able to hard-code our current php.ini settings, so that for example, a individual vsite php.ini file would not be able to re-enable allow_url_fopen and the like.

    Anyway to do this?

at the bottom of /opt/suphp/etc/suphp.conf there are some lines:

    Code:
    [phprc_paths]
;Uncommenting these will force all requests to that handler to use the php.ini
;in the specified directory regardless of suPHP_ConfigPath settings.
    ;application/x-httpd-php=/usr/local/lib/
    ;application/x-httpd-php4=/usr/local/php4/lib/
    ;application/x-httpd-php5=/usr/local/lib/

Can you check if once those lines are uncommented, the local php.ini would loose effectiveness or not?
