I need help backup'ing my files in the File Managers. I tried looking for a backup button, but I couldn't find one. I've also tried to download my files in the file managers, but it wouldn't downloads folders containing files. Is there anyway to backup ALL my files?

If you see no backup icon in your cPanel, you'll need to contact your Hosting Provider about that and ask to have backups enabled. You should also have options for backing up your databases as well.

You can use your hosting provider's website to contact them. Check out their contact page, it should contain all details you need to contact them.
