Hi,
I often get clients who signs up using our anonymous nameservers hosting their own multiple domains only. Later some of them decides to start reselling and requests private nameservers. When they use the anonymous nameservers they are set up namebased as reseller without dedicated IPs.
My question is if it is possible, in WHM, to switch a main account to private nameservers and dedicated IPs without having to terminate and recreate this main account. If it is terminated and recrated the accounts created under their WHM is no longer visible in their WHM.
Maybe there is something I missed? If this is possible could someone please explain to me the steps needed to do this. Any help is gratefully received.
