I am trying to set up my web site and I need to put up the initial index page, the first page of my web. As of right now if you googled my site, racerxmoto.com, it would take you to my directory/index listings. In my file manager of my cpanel, how do I add the index.html? Do I just add a file to the directory, or to the public_html directory? Where do i add the new file and to what directory do I add it if I am trying to make the first page of the web? Hope you can make sense of this...lol.
Thanks in advance for any and all help,
    Nikki

Just create a new file in the CPANEL file manager at ~/public_html called index.html and make sure you specify that it is going to be an HTML document.

You can then Edit the file manually or save the file and then edit it with WYSIWYG Pro,

Please do not cross post on the same topic. One thread is enough.
