Is this with exim mail queue normal ?

This is running very frequently.
Is not this a 1-hour procedure ?

Actually, those of for processing email on the mail queue. IIRC, each thread processes up to 5 emails each and then dies. So presumably, there are multiple emails in the queue. So, yes, it's perfectly normal.
