is UPCP wrong or HTTPUPDATE

hey all !

just getting wiered problem.

see i cannot update via the httpupdate server, although traceroute is working fine, also name resolution is very fine. Even if you wget file manually, you will get the file but when you rn UPCP you will get following error:

Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/EDGE/install....Unable to retrieve file
...Failed
Unable to connect to host httpupdate.cpanel.net
...Failed

and interesting thing, some time i goes fine but gives a 404 not found error : i dont know what the h*** is going on with update servers :s

I get the same error when trying to update STABLE.
