is /var/www/html backed up

    I cannot determine, is /var/www/html backedup in the cpbackup?

    Is that what you have set to your default home directory ? If so it should. Normally thats the default home for rpm installs, i think cpanel prefers you to use /home.

    I think he meant the extrara root Html directrory that some data centers install for different CP software (correct if worng here)


    NO why would you want to there is nothing important in there Cpanel does not use that directory


    My build does not have it

    i had something in there removed it by mistake and wondering how I might recover it.

    You can have a look through your backups, but there's a good chance its gone for good.
