Hi,
i have webhosting with a company, and the control panel is cpanel
some features keep disapearing from the control panel like the cron jobs, and server status, and access hosts for mysql.
when i ask them about that, they tell me that when the cpanel updates itself it removes this stuff, and they dont remove these features by themselves.
can anyone tell me if this true, cause i am much doubting it.

any help will be appreciated
thanks in advance.

Just because a feature is listed in the general Cpanel documentation as being
something available on Cpanel does not necessarily mean your host is going
to actually offer that feature.

Each hosting provider can choose what features are available on Cpanel and can
disable any features it does not want to offer it's customers.

Some features such as SSH and Cronjobs both carry a certain potential for misuse and
are both common items to be left disabled at many hosts so it is really not surprising
to me that those features would not be available to you at your host.

Now regarding your host saying "Cpanel removed those features", I can't imagine why
they would say something so absurd unless you just misunderstood them perhaps?

The removal of features from Cpanel is something done by the host and not by Cpanel!
