    Greetings everyone,

I have a friend of mine that recently ran across an odd issue while accessing his server.

He is able to visit a website with a url such as domain.com but when he attempts to visit a site with a url such as /www.domain.com he is directed to a cloudflare maintenance page.

Im just curious if anyone has had this occur in the past and what they may have done to remedy the problem. His setup:

    . CentOS 6 server w/cPanel/WHM
    . CloudFlare DDoS Protection
    . Litespeed Webserver

Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello,

Normally that would be the case but this issue is only happening for one person out of 10k active users a day.

    Hello,

If the issue facing only one client then Might be the issue with browser cache. Can you please ask then to access website after clearing browser cache or another browser.
