I used EasyApache for enable PDO.When I come to Home »Service Configuration »Configure PHP and suEXEC in WHM. I can see

    Configure PHP and suEXEC

EasyApache is currently upgrading your Apache and PHP installation.

Please wait for this process to finish before changing your PHP and Suexec settings.

This process running more than 8 hrs.Not yet completed yet.

Verify no easyapache builds are running. You determine the PID that it might be running under by doing the following:
    Code:
    cat /var/run/easyapache.pid
If the file doesn't exist (or the pid isn't an active process), then do the following:
    Code:
    rm -f /usr/local/apache/AN_EASYAPACHE_BUILD_IS_CURRENTLY_RUNNING
