Hi. Im not sure why but I am experiecing a forced redirect in a subdomain I just created...

sub.domain.com is being redirected to /https://bs1.g4a.mx:2083/frontend/x3/subdomain/.*/.log$"].*\.log$ If I edit the redirection and remove any redirection it says its completed but won't remove the redirection.
This subdomain is configured to work in its own IP.

I also deleted the subdomain and stated it again an the issue persists.

    Hoe somebody can help me.:(

    Hello :)

Do you have any redirects configured in the .htaccess file within the account's public_html directory?

Also, you mentioned that this subdomain is configured on a dedicated IP address. Which custom changes have you made to allow for this?

    Thank you.
