Issue: having a forced redirect to .*\.log$ in a subdomain

    Hi. Im not sure why but I am experiecing a forced redirect in a subdomain I just created...

    sub.domain.com is being redirected to /https://bs1.g4a.mx:2083/frontend/x3/subdomain/.*/.log$"].*\.log$ If I edit the redirection and remove any redirection it says its completed but won't remove the redirection.
    This subdomain is configured to work in its own IP.

    I also deleted the subdomain and stated it again an the issue persists.

    Hoe somebody can help me.:(

    Hello :)

    Do you have any redirects configured in the .htaccess file within the account's public_html directory?

    Also, you mentioned that this subdomain is configured on a dedicated IP address. Which custom changes have you made to allow for this?
