I have a customer that says their script does not work:

Cannot connect to domain.com using curl_init.
Please make sure domain.com is corrected with the server and outgoing TCP port 80 is opened. Please click here to resolve.
    Return page contents.

I know TCP port 80 is open on the server and curl is installed.

Could something be blocking this process? Maybe PHP-FPM?

    Hello,

I found the following forum post which also indicates an issue with curl_init which might be helpful:

Call to undefined function curl_init() How to solve this ?

Are there any associated errors in the php or apache error logs? Is the script they're using a custom script? If so have you tested using a known good script?

    Thank you,
