    Hello :)

Have you reviewed your approval settings in Mailman for this list? Do you notice any message delivery attempts in /var/log/exim_mainlog for this message? EX:

    Code:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.

Gettings below message when i send email to the mail listing:

Your mail to 'Newsales' with the subject

    ABC

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
    notification of the moderator's decision.

You have to approve the message from the Mailman interface or modify the approval settings so that "Post by non-member to a members-only list" is not enabled. Or, you could subscribe the email address that's sending to the list so that it's considered a member.

    Thank you.

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
