Issue with the view of a database

Hello, My mysql database does not appear in the database manager even though I cannot create one because my account is limited to 1 database.
However, in phpmyadmin the database is visible and I can modify it (without deleting it)
Do you know how I can force the deletion of this "invisible" database?

I guess that the "machine" is my domain host, but normally I have the root access on this panel. Do i need to tell them to remove it ?

Yes, you would need to contact the host to have them help get that removed.
