Issues with cPanel/WHM logins and Roundcube after upgrade

After upgrading cPanel to 11.32.2 (build 15) last week, we're encountering a couple of problems.

Firstly we can't login to WHM/cPanel/Webmail using http://ip_number:port, but can login using We've checked & disabled the Firewall etc, but it hasn't made a difference.

The second issue is that users in Roundcube mail can't send any email. If they try to reply or compose a message the 'Send' icon is greyed out and won't work. Some users are also saying the can't download attachments.

The problems are only affecting one server, so it's a bit strange.

Anyone have any insight on what might have gone wrong?

Could you go ahead and submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature as well as post the ticket number here after opening one? These specific issues do not sound like common ones we've had so far on the upgrades, so I'm uncertain how to investigate without direct server access.

You can always check the error logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if you have any errors outputting, but unless there are errors being reported, a ticket is the best course of action here.
